Allow Instant Claiming of Social Quest

Currently users are confused with how social quests work and also some are experiencing missing fragments even after the 6 hour auto-update intervals. Proposing to create a update the social quest so that the interactions happen on behalf of the user and users are instantly credited fragments when they perform the action. The current proposed rework will require users to reconnect their X account in a simplified flow to ask for more permissions to the users X account.
