Claiming Ai-Mi

I am trying to claim the Ai-Mi airdrop

1) When I click “Claim Airdrop” a picture of the NFT pops up and at the bottom it says “Claim Ai-Mi” but when I click it, nothing happens. I have tried clearing cache and cookies, also allowing pop ups

2) I am using a gaming computer with a Geoforce RTX

3) I see other people claiming and just hope I dont miss the window
